If you could time travel back to one year ago today, knowing what you know now, could you have prevented the coronavirus pandemic?

The Red Pimp

VERIFIED

"So in less than a year, a guy in China is going to eat a bat and spread a deadly virus that infects millions of people across the world. Schools are going to be canceled, the entire sports world will shut down and everyone will have to quarantine in their homes." I wouldn't even be able to convince people this virus is a real thing. How the hell would you expect me to prevent it?

If it's true it came from a bat in an Chinese market. Yes id make sure that bat was destroyed and that entire 100 mile radius was quarantined

you are asking an individual person a question....No I could not have prevented the virus! stupid question, lol

Unless I had a glimpse into the future, nothing we could do back in April. Trump heard about it last November but he took the Pandemic money Obama told him not to touch and he Re allocated to the F’ng wall. Washington State Private lab informed Washington in January and they sent no help. You have to go back to the Fucking bat eating idiots to change history!

I see you're running away on the leaderboard, but have to disagree w/ your "Hell no" answer... If we knew that this originated in Wuhan, I would 1) stop all flights from China, and 2) work on a vaccine that takes about 12-18 months to develop. Oh wait, w/out knowing anything about the pathogen, how would you develop a vaccine?!?! Anyway, back to my first answer.

Edwin Garcia

The CCP Virus was created in a lab in Wuhan. There wasn't the slightest chance I would be going there to stop it.

It only takes one person to start it
Only takes one person to prevent it...
