Id say start him. He is one of the best RBs in the NFL if not the best. If he is close to being fully healthy he is a must. That doesn't mean that he has to play every snap. Could easily distribute the snaps 50/50 between Mccaffrey and Mike Davis until he is fully fit

Last I checked the Panthers had a <1% shot of making the playoffs, team has a relevant run game with Davis in the backfield.  Gotta think long term, heck he sat out his senior year bowl game for this shot in the pros, too much on the line, get him 100%, the future is not these last few games.  They have a great coach, they will be back in the thick of it next year with a healthy McCaffrey.
