In Phoenix May - August there is no such thing as cold water. Congrats to Commufornia for the weather that allows you to have cold water year round.

I think all of us have the issue of turning on the warm water and we all have to wait for it to become warmer, but I have never heard the issue of turning on the cold water and having to wait for warm water becoming cold (unless you immediately switch the two from warm water to cold water).
