Yes.  A new owner doesn't have to be from San Diego, just one who may not want to compete with the Rams and realize they were a preferred team here in San Diego.  Perhaps with the urging and help from the NFL, it could happen.  Forgive the re-location fee for a new owner under the condition the team returns to San Diego.

Agreed, Im all in for a new team that isn't cursed anyways. I don't doubt someone could easily buy the chargers at that price but who'd want to.

One would think so but, for some reason I believe that they have a bit of greed in them and won't allow it to happen. I say that because weren't the kids wanting to sell the team but the rest of the family didnt?
