i can't really see the picture you're talking about so i can't comment on that.  i don't think there should be no police. i don't think anyone is proposing that idea.  but a system wide overhaul is 10000000% in order.

It’s a bad idea and authorities should be protecting those citizens living within this protected zone. Only a matter of time before people start shootings each other.

Please include where you found the official quote from the Seattle Police chief. Also please actually read what i said. I never said it was a \utopia\ I compared it to occupy wall street which created sanitation and health issues. Far from a Utopia. You just reinforced my point that people read and hear what they want. What fits into their perspective. I personally think both sides are wrong. This whole cop free zone is an epic failuire and total stupidity,  but the police let it get to this point. Now go and comment aboutnhow I bad mouth police and support this movement.

Seattle police chief said, rapes are in fact happening in that zone. Police responds to those 911 calls are being hampered by these arm guards. Doesn't sound like the utopian atmosphere you're describing.
