If the government keeps printing money and giving it away... yes it will artificially grow.  However when corona is under control and the printing machine runs dry there will be much unemployment and a shit ton of taxes upon us!

I think I would prefer a third answer which would be stay about the same but I think some of it will be dependent on what the government does and if they extend the support for people potentially put out of work

At some point the free money will run out, SFM’s might even wear a mask, businesses will open when they figure it out and economy will continue to grow, but business will change and be more productive as a result of Covad.
