I can cook (sorta), no problem cleaning but get me to exercise with out playing an organized sport... no chance. Need a motivational reason like a team or trainer 🤦‍♂️

It’s a tough call, all three are great things to have access to. A housekeeper is helpful to keep things clean and organized. The trainer could be nice to keep you committed and disciplined. But if there is one service that gives you the greatest chance at good health, mental and physical, I would take the chef. Proper nutrition is more urgent to good health and fitness than the trainer. So I will take the chef, clean my own house, and do my own workouts!
