There’s still gonna be them Karen’s or old grandmas out here thinking it’s still unsafe down the line even if we all get vaccinated too. However once it does go away and we gradually ease up mask rules yes people will start taking them off and more will than won’t. With people I’ve also worked with (at a grocery store) a lot of them need a mask in order to look good so some people may also keep them for that. But I still think around 10% of people - which is a lot - would still be wearing masks even 2 years after it’s gone just “to be safe” even when it’s not required.
