Ok, Kris, you are correct that an out of shape golfer is more likely to compete against a fit golfer than an out of shape basketball player will compete against a fit basketball player. But fitness matters except in darts!

Just because some golfers are in shape doesn’t make them necessarily better. Golf is like Darts and bowling makes no difference
