Sorry neither really, and were hounded by so much media and so much push by the left and their control of it to make Trump look bad (Though he does help himself), that we have no idea how real stuff is and will never no if someone else had been president and the media didn't disrespect as strongly if things would have seemed so bad/extreme. Also, especially with what were seeing in California  (where I'd say we've had a strong/more extreme reaction to this then most places), there is a clear financial implication of what happened, business suffering struggling/closing hard, and something we haven't seen yet, but when CA Gov does to decided to let everything open (Which if your paying attention lots of stuff is starting to decide to take the risk and open because they can no long afford to close) were going to hit a mini recession in this state because there are going to be less jobs to go back to because the state Gov killed a bunch of jobs and is even further driving away businesses.

I know one thing for certain, Biden would not have downplayed the vrus as a partisan hoax, made stupid comments re: "beautiful and perfect tests, the virus will miraculously dissappear, or ingest disinfectants that will knock the virus out in a minute".  Biden and team would have provided the leadership needed to get testing/tracing done right (still not), organized mass PPE/ventilator production asap (unlike Trump), and certainly would not have politicized masks as Trump did (and does with everything).

His speech last night far exceeded anything Trump has done in 4+ years. That is a big fat nothing burger the right is pushing.
