They better or the AJ and Tingler experiment should be scraped. I get Covid and the uniqueness of this shortened season (if it actually happens)! But AJ has had enough time and Fowler has already publicly states this is the year for the Pads to contend. And I don't see how they can contend for the playoffs being a sub .500 club. So they have to be held accountable this year. If it doesn't work out,  Fowler can always bring in Bochy as the manager and have him work with ownership to find a GM. The fans would support that. Mostly fans just want to see the Padres not continue to suck and bore the shit out of them.

I wouldn't be surprised if they started off 0-10, traded Manny and Hosmer and any high priced contract they have in the books they could get off the books, fired AJ and Tingler and brought up the Triple A manager for the remainder part of the year, and Fowler announced he's selling. Haha
