Every American is entitled to a free K-12 education. Countries around the world, that extends to college as well. Should the United States follow suit?

No,, but not for the metnioned reason. While I think people do need to learn from their financial mistakes and Kids do learn something for having to pay for stuff themselves, I think are current education and even our K-12 education is hugely flawed and not getting the job done and for the tax payer to have to pay for higher education for everyone just seems insane.
