Twitter is the best for reading and reporting news which is why I prefer it. Facebook is great for connecting with people and sharing more personal news. Instagram is great for photo sharing, but I also find it more personal and less for work.

I only have Twitter and Instagram. Got rid of Facebook last August because it just got to be too damn much. People always arguing and political bs. I like Instagram because of the quick story feature and less of all the news articles people post. I like Twitter to follow sports stars and that’s where I get my news.

I guess I just dated myself. As an older dude, I ask how many social platforms does one need? Facebook allows calls, video calls, photos, video, archiving photo albums to share with extended family, organizes what you like and dislike and directs it to your timeline. It's puts events directly into your calendar. What more does one need?

I just started to use Twitter in December because I heard they were going to shut down usernames that aren’t active. Never tweet anything. Just reply and read the news. But I am learning it’s probably better to just read the news...

I like to write short shit and it is easy to navigate and has huge reach beyond my FB/Instagram friends

I like instagram because of the discovery component. I like seeing funny memes and sports videos - and it is always nice to know what my friends are up to without annoying statuses.

Instagram is my preferred social media platform. I do have a Twitter and FB account that I use on occasion. My social media mullet, Twitter all business and Instagram party in the back.

Kinda more into instagram, two much dumb crap on facebook, I only use Facebook for some specific items and Twitter isn't my thing.

I have all 3 but I use IG the most, and Facebook. Twitter I still don't understand, so I just retweet only

Twitter took me a long time to get into, and i grew up with it. It's a tough platform, but it's like a security contract company. Once you get passed all the bullshit, you can sit comfortably knowing you gained good experience.

Yikes. Also exposes old peoples social media IQ, and allows people to blast un-wanted opinions.

What social platform do you prefer?
