In spite of all the reports, the outbreak in the US is still very small. Unless that dramatically increases in the coming days, banning fans seems overkill. If you're sick with anything, stay home and don't expose people. If you have underlying health issues, stay home so you cant catch CV from a carrier. Would be a shame for the players to play in empty arenas.

Leave it up to people if they want to go or not. If they’re scared of getting sick they won’t go. It’d be dumb to play March madness with no fans, especially since while Coronavirus is fairly serious, it’s no Ebola or anything like that. Idk but March madness without fans just wouldn’t be right...

This is a great case study of panic, fear, and group think.

Still just sounds ridiculous. Plus a couple reports from Doctors are now sounding like they think we may have already gone through it back in November and December. Which would be funny because I know most people I was around or work with got sick during that time and some of the symptoms were very similar to this. Anyways in all likelyhood you’ve already been exposed in some way or another or will be. Might as well not quit living

When did this country grow a yellow streak up the back that as wide as Canal Street in New Orleans. People, there is no such as safe. As Sam says, this is still very small. To me a pandemic is about 100,000,000 in America having it AND dying. Most of us will not get it, if you get it it will be mild. And if you do pass after getting this you are going to die anyway. So live your damned life.
