Super easy way to help the San Diego food bank. No money involved, just do your steps and help someone not go hungry

Sounds interesting will have to look into it. Already uses fit bit so not like I don’t already do it

I have not joined yet but love the concept. Need to do it - all for a good cause.

I use MyZone which tracks calories, my zone points, heart rate and effort level. The points are just to have a competition among friends and other users. It amazes me how strenuous golf is when you walk certain courses. Basketball provides the most intense heart rate spikes, running is second but golf, because it is 4 hours or so provides the highest numbers of calorie burn and points. Points are based on target heart rate and percentage thereof.

Jealous of his looks...just kidding. Don’t know. Maybe I will check it out.

Golf does not get the credit it deserves for being a good physical activity with tons of benefits.
