Better landing spot for Basketball Free Agents: Lakers or Clippers?

Glenn Kassel

My how the Lakers brand has fallen since 2010 to even make this comparison and ask this type of question. The clip show currently has a better roster, coach, and management, I'll give them that. But they have never won, been a laughing stock for most of the teams history (Buffalo to Sam Diego to LA since 84') and will always be second fiddle to the Lakers. This song may change if they can somehow land KD and Kawhi this off-season. Even with Magic, Pelinka, and LeBron at the helm of the recruitment matrix, until West and Doc are able to convince these two players to sign and win multiple titles, the Lakers will always be the preferred destination for players interested in playing in LA.
