First Take

Prescott, I believe . Brady already has Super Bowls under his belt he has nothing to prove. Dak has allot more he has to do to prob his worth to Dallas

Bernard Thompson

VERIFIED

All eyes will be on Tom Brady after he left the Patriots. I hope he does well - stakes are high. The states of the public opinion!!!

Mary Beth Polk

Brady is already cemented as one of, if not THE best quarterback in NFL History.

Dak will need to prove his worth. He's got a lot of $$$$ riding on this season

The Red Pimp

Brady has nothing to prove, multiple championships and already considered by many to be among the greatest of all time. Dak, on the other hand hasn’t proved jack, want to be paid and has a starting caliber QB holding a clip board breathing down his neck!

Joe Rigby

I think Tom Brady is under a lot of pressure to prove it was his talent was the reason for New England's success.

Albert Long

At age 42, this six time champion, just left the Patriots and BB, for the Tampa Bay Bucs, a team that is known for it's one ring, but mostly for a bunch of garbage play over their organization's history. Brady put a lot of pressure on himself with this move (similar to Montana in KC). His expectations and that of their respective teams are higher than Dak's. While the Bucs need to win out, the Cowboys need to show they can make the playoffs. They will continue to be a mess until they prove otherwise. The Bucs are unproven with Brady.

Christopher Moreno

Brady has proven to not get caught up with pressure. Jury is still out on Dak.

Mark Watkins

Prescott for sure, Bradys got nothing to prove and even if the experience is a failure ultimately he's in his 40's so not like most expect him to win again.

Prescott on the other had could be out of a starting job.

Derrick McQuinn

Darrin Schallock

Truth is they are both under pressure but Brady has more to prove. Nobody really believes Dak is so damn good that he needs to prove he is better. He is not. Yes, he needs to prove himself if he is going to be considered great. He is not. So, Brady has all the pressure. If he turns Tampa Bay into a serious contender, people will be saying, holy shit, he is not done, even at 77 years old!

Brady has all the rings. He’s just in semi retirement.

I totally agree. Tom has a lot more pressure because he needs to show everyone he's the reason for New England's success not BB.

I think Tom Brady has the pressure to prove it was his talent that led the Patriots to all those Super Bowls. Kinda like when Kobe wanted to prove he could win a NBA Championship without Shaq.

I agree and with that experience comes a lot of pressure to perform. I feel like he has more pressure then Prescott.

I'm feeling that too brother, point(s) well taken but... let's just say the Bucs tank; what's the chatter? “Brady just doesn't have it anymore?” “Brady is past his prime”...”if Brady in his prime different story”, he still collects his 30mil and considered one of the GOAT. Cowboys tank- Dak gets benched and faces a free agency as a backup?

Perhaps it's more that the Bucs as a team have more pressure than Brady and more pressure on Dak than the cowboys? Maybe?

I hear ya and the Bucs now have a target
on their backs and huge expectations this year to win the SB because they got Brady. Even though Dak hasn't done squat in the playoffs, and Brady is well emdowed with multiple rings and GOAT status, the pressure is not the same for Dallas as it is for the Bucs. The Bucs are expected to win. It's all riding on Brady.
