They certainly need to be brought to charges and tried before a court of law. If found guilty, they should receive the appropriate sentencing... which in this case is likely prison, maybe worse depending on what they are charged with.

From what I saw definitely deserved firing and if an investigation finds them guilty then prison for sure, especially the one who did it and potentially the others for not saying anything.

Given that the death penalty hasn't been used in Minnesota in over a century, I wouldn't advocate for the death penalty in this situation.

The courts love making examples of black individuals when they commit a crime. So it’s time to make an example of these cops all should get life sentence with no chance of parole. I don’t care for the death penalty but wouldn’t be mad if they excised it.

Unless this was literally premeditated murder, not sure death penalty is in play. Each officer, after a thorough investigation should get the sentence they deserve. We don't know if one was an experienced cop, another a rookie or what. Perhaps one of the cops is on record saying stop and another overruled him. So, let the courts rule once sentencing of all four is complete.

The other officers have to go to jail as well. If you commit a crime with your friends and one of your friends kill some one. you all going to get arrested for murder so they all need to go to jail for being part of it.
