I lied. I run about 2.5 miles a day. It’s weak, but I’m going to improve.

This range is about right. Though I usually do it in a treadmill or elliptical...or combination of the 2

I am usually in here depending how much running/jogging I do. Personally I’m more into jogging or intervals, but been doing a bit more walking of late due to how busy I’ve been. But y usually I get about 3-4 miles. 5 on a good day

Quick runs for me, don’t have a lot of time... 2 miles quick and easy.

It fluctuates, depending on how tired or lazy or out of ahape I am, but I try to get in 3-4 miles when motivated and feeling healthy.

I do 2 miles up the beach and come back, 4 miles total in 35 minutes. Easy life. Prefer low tide.

The question should really be how many time do you exercise. One time a month less than 3 miles is as bad as sitting on the couch.

I don’t believe these results for a second

I can’t believe over half the people run 3-6 miles every time they work out. I wouldn’t think that big of a percentage runs at all. If it is true this group is way more active than the average population which is awesome
