The Bears Lost and the Chargers Fire Ken Winsenhunt. Is it just me or do the Bears need to one up them and fire Matt Nagy to make a point to their team that Mediocrity is not all right?

Yes, the Bears need to clean house and get a real leader

No, the Chargers are just trying to find a fall guy for their Failures

Matt Nagy is a terrible head coach, you never leave that many seconds on the clock or that many yards to your kicker. The Bears running game crushed the Chargers for 165 yards, and Nagy says that if the Chargers know it’s a run the Bears lose three yards! Was he watching the same game?btw, with the swirling winds and natural surface, a 41 yard fg is never a gimme. Matt Nagy is to Mitchell Tribisky, what Jeff Fisher was to Jared Goff!

After that Loss I really thought the Bears would be the one to make a move. I mean I'd say this might be the most split reaction/quick firing I've seen the Chargers makes. Usually, it would at least take the full season and then another season to fire someone. But that post game interview, just was an embarrassment, how do you blame everyone except yourself. I mean he could have just said I f'ed up and no one would have blinked.

I was never sold on Nagy or Trubisky. It’s proof the Bears’ front office is clueless. I always say if you can hire experience, go for it. Nagy is a first-time head coach who got lucky last season. But, as in the loss to the Chargers, I was reminded of how the Bears played not to lose just like the playoff game last season. Same result.

Exactly, sometimes a coach or scheme just doesn't work for a QB or a team.
