This has nothing to do with sports, and yes all people should be held responsible for their acts. If you are referring to DUI entitled  athletes they should serve their time. Barkley served time in pink jump suit in Az jail for his DUI. But the penalty for treason, especially when people are killed or injured is death by firing squad! If she was still in the military and pulled that shit, it would be done quickly!
