Football Sunday...Better in the comfort of your own home or stadium/tailgate experience?

Rarely missed a home Chargers game in SD. Tailgating was 1/2 the fun being with family and friends. Some have been season ticket holders even when at Balboa Stadium. Of course once Spanos bailed to fight for LA none of us will ever go support his new team in LA.

Having been to the SDSU hoops game this afternoon, and now being on my couch watching the Chiefs vs Patriots, I can honestly say, being home and watching on tv is so much better, particularly NFL football. College hoops in person is amazing, especially with buzzer beaters and much less traffic.

Definitely going to say home on my or someone else's couch. While I do find it fun to go to games and tailgating. The shear length of either Pro or college football games is just ridiculous long because of all the commercial breaks.

Tailgating/live experience is awesome every once in awhile, but honestly, in this day and age, the cost of just the ticket is ridiculous. Every year I have looked up Raiders/Chargers tickets at that cute little soccer stadium around Xmas, so that I can take my life long Charger fan of a mother for her birthday which happens to be Xmas day. As a teacher at a local high school, our salary just doesn't afford things like that, especially with all of the other gifts to buy for family and friends. With that said, nothing like a bottle of Tito's a twelve pack of IPA, lounging on the couch in front of the fireplace to watch multiple NFL games at once.
