Starbucks reverses its stance and will now let baristas wear 'Black Lives Matter' apparel

Do you agree with Starbucks' decision to let baristas wear 'Black Lives Matter' apparel

Yes.. why not if they (so call ) support it. Evaluate the other day they didn’t. And why the hell did you label it Paraphernalia. Who talks about clothing , like that. When some one thinks of the word Paraphernalia they automatically think it is drugs, because it’s the most common used that way.. why would it be a problem anyone wearing a BLM, shirt, pin, hat , mask anything. They support gay pride , but have a problem supporting an issue that we have in THE WORLD.. I think the CEO at Starbucks saw all the social media scrutiny that they received yesterday, and changed there mind with the quickness . Afraid of the Repercussions of there actions on the matter..

I believe the BLM movement is too political to allow employees to wear that support on their sleeves. I certainly approve Starbucks doing what they want with their own uniforms but like any important issue, this is not something, in my humble opinion, that should be showcased in the workplace. I am also not in favor of political gear (i.e. Biden, Trump or local political campaigns) being part of uniforms.

Now you have to let everyone support their cause...

I think would be an “action” that showed support for the BLM movement vs. just saying they support it.

my opinion here has nothing to do with the movement. companies have uniform standards for a reason. same reaon for schools that have them.

People should be able to show their POV. Only risk is that it could cause some issues in the stores
