Should the Cowboys, Chiefs, Raiders and Buccs ALSO change their names for racism?

Boss Jose

Fuck no. This shit is getting way to out of control. Take a Xanax people.

Toby McDonald

Bernard Thompson

VERIFIED

Albert Long

Obviously no I don’t want this but if you start making other teams then your going to have too.

Derrick McQuinn

Mike Johnson

Anthony Avila

Raiders and Buccaneers? You forgot Vikings , guess you didn’t watch the history channel. Every team has its roots in something controversial. It’s not all racist and I’m very anti racist. Some of our greatest Naval heroes were Pirates, you forgot that name too.
A nuclear war was stopped by Israeli pirates hijacking an HSM Navy ship delivering Uranium to Arabs in the 50’s. Menachim Begin was an Israeli terrorist against the UK before becoming PM. And John Paul Jones was also a Pirate. Cortez the killer, wasn’t a Pirate and killed thousands of Aztecs. It’s all perspective and point of view and has nothing to do with racism. There is history behind events that are later perceived in modern times values, ie Christopher Columbus.

Avery Martinez

I would love for the Raiders to have to change their name because it offends people. Turn the Silver and Black into the Koalas. I will always hate the Raiders.

Isaac Ramirez

MaryBeth Zmuda

Those aren’t referring to skin color🤷🏽‍♂️

David P

It's time to stop this, every team offends somebody

Bob Rauch

Calling the Redskins that is like calling a team the beaners and putting a Mexican on the side

Dicky

I think Redskins is a pretty straightforward reference to skin color in a derogatory form. The others I think refer more to a title of someone, granted, I guess you can pull racist references if you wanted to.
