I voted no but I think “burn to the ground” must certainly be hyperbolic language. Sure, there is violence, but for us to assume we need some sort of special force deployed to stop it is absurd. I could be wrong, but I do think increased police presence can lead to an increase in crime. However, this could be a result of more police officers being able to report more crime because there are more eyes on the streets.
