I'll start off with saying that yes I am! 2020 is going toe the year of meal prep, hoping for better portions of better food (and less expensive than always eating out). What i need is help finding a wide variety of simple foods so things don't get too repetitive. Any tips?

Going to try but if I’m being honest there just isn’t enough time in the day to make meals and chic fil a os too tasty.

going to try and make it a lot stronger effort this year. i feel like the biggest thing im going to try and do is substitute healthy options in to my normal stuff (mashed cauliflower instread of potatoes and stuff) also way way less sugar for me in coffee and that kind of stuff next year

No idea how exactly Im going to get it done but it seems like there are enough options out there! Has anyone had any good frozen stuff (lean cuisine, weight watchers...) im betting thats what I gotta try this time.

Lets Watch Something

"eating healthy" is such an overblown part of the equation when it come to being healthy. If you sleep well, don't drink, exercise a little ... do all the right things then it seems like punishing yourself to then not have anything other than rabbit food and juices to fuel you. Food should be a balance of tasty and good and everything in moderation more than forcing it be to good for you healthy living bs that you saw on someones instagram or pintrest

Eat healthy or eat proper are two different things. Increase in butter is excellent for weight loss-doesnt add to bad cholesterol. Eating healthy is adding calories to the diet.

This debate makes me miss Michelle Obama and all she did for the youth of America to help them have access to and education about eating good food. This seems like such a simple thing that we take so for granted in America, we have access to more and better food than a vast majority of the world and yet we chose to squander it and eat fast food junk. Im hoping that we can see candidates emerge like Mike Bloomberg who have an actual stance on and history with this topic and can help make some positive change in America.

Definitely going to try. More importantly going to try to continue to be consistant on exercising.

I’m going to start transitioning over from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches, wraps, maybe caesar salads.

You said the words that prevents me from eating healthy -'Meal Prep'

most things that are on epicurious are great for fast and easy meal prep

Are you going to eat healthy in 2020?
