I had mine done last year. All 4 and my cost was $0 . I 
guess it depends on your  insurance, I work for Kaiser 
hospital and we have great insurance coverage. @ months ago 
 my wife , kids and me all went for a deep cleaning and with got a 
root canal done. We paid $0 for everything

Dental Crap is expensive, I luckily never had to have mine out, but ya dental stuff is a little expensive. I have an HMO Dental Plan, but never looked, I just know dental crap is expensive even with most insurances. I'd second Mary Beths suggestion

I'd say this is probably the best actual suggestion. Theres a lot of legit medical professionals that have gone down there purely due to Insurance Cost and what they have to charge there patients.
