If I understood it, I would invest in it.

with all the stimulus money, less than 1% intrest rates I would use that 1 million use it as down payments take out loans and buy real estate. It is best with inflation, at a super low intrest rate.

How long do you want to wait on your investment to see returns and how does the current market impact this?I think given the current environment, the stock market, given it's current state, will yield higher returns.  We've already seen some incredible bounce backs in certain stocks since February, in the 20-30% range.  I think over time the whole market will be back up to at least close to what it was before the pandemic.

Real estate is the safe play but I had a cool million to play with I'd try my hand at some stocks and see what happens.

Stock Market, real estate is great, but it takes a lot loner term to get a bigger return.

Forget Bitcoin, too risky, gold and silver are always up and down and hard to predict, real estate is te best long term play but not in 2020, wait awhile, stock market is great but not during a recession so 1090 - starting from scratch, easy to control costs, can operate on multiple platforms, I'm betting on Scott.
