Yes, we have the largest GDP and spend the most on our military

Albert Long

I will have to say the U.S because I live here. But China has a powerful military also there is Russia, those 2 countries I would not want to mess with. They have power that we have not even seen yet..

Bernard Thompson

VERIFIED

For now, I still think the US is the No. 1 super power. But between China and Russia, there isn't much of a gap.

The Red Pimp

China is to economically dependent on the United States to supplant America as the #1 power in the world . If the US was to completely cut off relations with China, they would collapse into a 3rd world country.

Paul Drivas

Hoping that the U.S. widens the GDP gap. I doubt that we can be competitive in manufacturing, but maybe we go back to the old days of relying more on maquiladoras in Mexico.

Edwin Garcia

Militarily yes. Economically China is sort of crushing us. BUT with that being said we have most of the intellectual property in the world.

Frederick Remick

Yes and no, mainly because most of what China says is a lie. Additionally more and more countries are starting to be wary of their stuff.

Derrick McQuinn

Yes, but China is trying to usurp that standing. I say take them down President Trump!

Is America still the #1 Super Power?
