Mom and Pop shops for sure just a step  above from the rest, plus they don't skimp on the meat, because there more invested in the customer and are not a factory. Outside of that i'd say I actually like Togos over the other three listed (no offense to Firehouse as I haven't ate there before)

I don't know why but Submarina and I have never gotten along. Also I thought the same thing Al, i don't remember the last time I saw one.

Actually Submarina is my all time favorite but I thought they were out of business so I didn't list them...

Always a safe backup if other stuff is questionable. Sucks part is we had one within walking distance and my/wife and I loved going there for dinner some night, but it closed about 6 month ago. Though did get a smoothie/acai place.
