Absolutely loved the show today, learned a ton from the dialog, passion and genuine takes. I found myself talking to you all out loud. I’ll always lean toward keeping it grass roots and local (for selfish reasons) but think National is the way for the guys to grow... I believe if anyone can blend national topics/audience but bring it back to a local vibe for the great friends it’s ScottandBR. Totally respect the openness and transparency too! I believe this team can take it all in, process or as Kap said “marinate”, take the best pieces and make it theirs... it’s genuine content like today that differentiates the team. Way to go boys! ❤️✊ Please keep a portion of not most live tho!!!

I take this side with reservation. The show on 1090 was great and Scott, AP and JB are doing a great, but they have there backs against the wall. The Chargers left which left a huge whole in topics and conversation whether it was offseason or not, The Padres have been irrelevant for 13+years, our other sports teams are minor league, not to say they dont have a following, but not as much as Major league teams do, so they are working with what they got! Secondly they lost their job from 1090 and upstareted this youtube podcast on their own fronting the money and sponsort etc. They are finding their footing all without the sports that I previously mentionedAnd finally This whole lock down has cancelled sports nationally, the guys are not allowed to play off each other in person which is alway more flowy and comfortable. This Coronoa virus has been the talk of the nation... So that is going to be the topic at hand daily and for a show that is suppose to be about sports they do a good job for, A. Lack of Major sports locally and B.) Now no sports Nationally..It would be hard for anyone!

To grow you need to change. If you keep doing the same thing you will keep getting the same results. Sam the cooking Guy’s advice was great. I believe his advice was genuine and I also agree.

Id like to hear more interviews with people on a national level that may or may not have a connection to San Diego. Once the NFL season kicks off and the show booked a Colts beat writer to give us weekly updates about the team and Rivers, no doubt I’m listening to that! The show’s roots are planted here in San Diego, but if they were to get picked up nationally, my support will surely follow, even if it means not hearing a heavy locally focused show.Like Alex Padilla, prefer a live show.

The past few months, I have watched a lot of YouTube videos and here is a some suggestions on making this show, which I love, a little bit better and become more nationally/internationally recognized. Let's start off with the intro. I find it pretty cool that local guys have made a theme song for the show. Have those guys come up with a 30 second intro. OR start adding some classic Scott and BR show video moments during the regular length intro, instead of just the logo of the show.On the YouTube title of the show using Wednesday's show as an example: SCOTT & BR | 4-1-20 | EPISODE 169 - The title is boring and it does not catch the eye of a casual person binge watching YouTube videos. The title need to be an eye catcher so it could lure in the casual person watching the show. "Sam the Cooking Guy critiques the Scott and BR Show. "The $5,000,000 donation by Drew Brees and his wife on The Scott & BR show, etc. If I was the casual viewer and a fan o Drew Brees or Sam the Cooking Guy, I would want to check it out. Also try to get more local and national guests on the show.

I think most people have seen the Teddy Roosevelt quote about being in the arena. It takes balls to forge a new path.If I wanted national sports talk, I would listen/watch to ESPN. I like Scott’s takes and I think Alex is a budding star. Stick to your guns and rep San Diego. Also, change the theme song, but hey what do I know...

intro was sick like... The first 12 times i heard it... Now i skip it... Its easy... Keep the opening logo... And fade in on the last line... "Still number one show, time for Scott and BR..." Also... Sam spoke to Scott Jew to Jew about business... Us Goyas dont understand it but thats just love... Thats how business in entertainment gets done lol... Great friends...

Erik Egerstrom

I'd sack the intro, if you like it so much, play it at the end of show.

Joe Triolo

That guy was kind of an arrogant dick if you ask me. Take it from an original Great friend. Please don't change the intro song. I would maybe mix in some National chains on the food thing Browner is doing but keep in mainly local.

Cant go wrong with adding more good content

Of all Sam’s suggestions, I think this one hit the nail on the head. If you have national guests, then the likelihood that someone new tries out the show goes up. It’s like when Dave and Jeff have Lisa Ann on and she tweets it out to her 1 million plus followers. I happen to like Alvaro’s song, and I have gotten used to it, but it is a bit long.

Such a tough call here because the reason I’ve been a fan of the show for over a decade is because I like the way it is. That being said, everything evolves, including the show and I think small changes here and there wouldn’t hurt. Just don’t go flipping the thing upside down overnight. Maybe a 10-15 minute national segment? Change the theme song/logo? Little changes here and there. But then again, if nothing changes, I’m still ok with it.

Curb the cussing. There’s a place for it, eg adding emphasis, but they cuss way too much.

Always loved the show on 1090, especially since it wasn't a typical radio sports talk show. In this very odd time in the world. Which excuse the poor reference but it's like war time and the news is focused mainly on the Covid19 viruses. So I always liked your interviews with different sports and entertainers. Why not get back into the sports world with player interviews from past and present. A example being taking to
Tom Seaver about his career with the New York Mets, good games bad games. And how did he get into the wine industry.

True, I constantly hear content creators say that on YouTube, it's all about the thumbnail! Catch the interest of the person looking for content.

When I typed in Corona-cation on YouTube search, the shows content popped up easily near the top.

I told Scott that that many parents listen to the show in the car with kids present. Let's grow the great friends fan base and introduce young people this awesome show.
