Why did the Dixie Chicks just change their name to The Chicks?

Anthony Avila

BLM pushed them over the top otherwise they would have changed years ago.

No one should feel ashamed of their heritage! Amor Fati!

They were getting thousands of phone calls to do so..

Bernard Thompson

Because most don't know who they are anymore anyways. Might as well re-brand

Support in anyway you feel you can and/or feel fit. Good for the Chicks!

Probably BLM plus white guilt = Chicks decision.

Can't remember the last time I heard their name, except tht one racist thing they did like 5-10 years back.
