Best decision we ever made.   If you break down the monthly expense of what you lay out for it, it is essentially what your average monthly bill is.  Couple years it will be paid for and a total cost savings.  Unless you are moving in a couple years, feel it is totally worth it.

Tesla subscription is month to month, no contract, no upfront costs, made sense for me.

battery is nice, not sure if it makes sense yet, unless you get a lot of outages
