Is john Kasich speaking on Biden’s behalf a good move for Biden

There won’t be any implications because Kasich is irrelevant

Yes, it can win over moderate conservatives

No, it frustrates his democratic base, and may back fire on him

Austin schwerdt

Unless leading Republicans join Kasich, this plan will do nothing. If Biden were a decent candidate I think it would work, after all Trump is a narcissist and awful candidate but he is a Republican and the extreme left makes that strategy of supporting Biden a non-starter for Republicans.

Don’t know who they guy is. But if it can help him ok... but who knows may hurt him as well..

To be honest I think overall it will be irrelevant. The article discusses Biden trying to bring the dem warring factions together, but talking to others and looking around and it doesn’t seem like he’s resolved that issue on its own, I think most moderates on either side right now aren’t satisfied with either candidate and the extreme/far left aren’t satisfied with Biden regardless of who he picks for VP (This actually could have the opposite effect and drive people further away/to more indecision). That being said there are a lot on both sides that don’t like how far left the left has gone or really the right for that matter either because it doesn’t represent them anymore. Additionally we’re basing are information on the people being the loudest right now which tends to be the left, but there is a reason why just like the last election they couldn’t predict it is because most of us are in the silent majority, and from what I’ve seen most of us aren’t sold on either.
