There is no new housing supply so only areas where there is a mass reduction of demand will be impacted. I.e. - If Qualcomm left San Diego, there would be a crash in the higher end housing market.

The real estate market in my area is high and supply is low. Even rent is high in my area and surrounding areas. I’m thinking  average rent around $4700 a month for a 3/2 or 4/2. Closer you get to beaches it’s even higher.  I know some people leaving California because they work from home now or they need to go to a state where school will be happening in the fall. They are bring up costs in Texas Nevada Idaho and Arizona, but still selling quickly here because low inventory. Mortgage rates a really good right now too.
