Do you agree Kaepernick’s protest after recent racial incidents against black Americans?

Anthony Santiago

I must say, that as turned off as I was, by what I considered to be disrespectful to the institution of the American Flag and National Anthem, I now must have even more respect for Kap's courage, and how it destroyed his career. He def shed light on a terrible reality, that in some places racism and police brutality is a very real!

BUT...these incidents DO NOT represent all police officers, who deserve to be respected, due to the daily risk they take, that helps keep 'order' in our world.

The recent event in Minnesota reminds us, that while Kap was hated for kneeling, he brought to light something we all hate to see...

The one thing I will say about Kap is, he had no problem profiting off of his football losses, and I suspect his bank account reflects that his kneel against social injustice has been good for him financially.

All of us live in this free Nation. Unfortunately some people need to learn how to properly protest if they disagree with someone of something. Some battles just aren't worth fighting and bringing negative attention to yourself.

I always believed in Kap, he was always doing the right thing. People just didn’t want to see it that way and have their own opinions about him and what he was doing. Now maybe they will wake up and see what he really stood for...

i'm with Kaep - always have been. this is silent, non violent protest and his/my right

I don’t disagree with his message at all... But looking back I still wish he used his platform and delivered it a different more positive way. His message got lost, became more about him... whole things sucks!

While you are out and about in public and within 6 feet of someone you should wear a mask. If you choose to go to a restaurant keep your distance and no mask.

This recent incident is a tragedy and only reinforces and amplifies the issues Colin was trying to bring to the surface during his in-game protests a few years back.

Christopher Moreno

That's a tragedy what happen to that poor man.
