MLB has discussed a 3 batter minimum for relief pitchers. If this happens, I think batting averages will increase and records like Joe D’s hot streak, a .400 batting average & this record will become more obtainable

I feel in this day and age of modern baseball with so many power pitchers being used in niche situations, not a chance. Would be a helluva thing to do but no. Not in my lifetime at least, maybe with robot baseball one day in 2080.
