The Bay Area is home to more billionaires per capita than anywhere on Earth, one out of every 11,600 residents, according to Vox. The entire region, as far as two hours away, has been affected by spiraling real estate prices. Venture capitalist John Doerr has claimed that the area’s economic growth is “the greatest legal accumulation of wealth in history.”

A new Washington Post article gives a grim picture of life in San Francisco, which has become virtually unaffordable except for new tech millionaires. How can this be fixed?

Can’t be fixed, and it will only get worse.

This is how it can improve and become affordable again...

Can only be fixed if the bubble completely bursts, minimum wage is raised, and supply of middle income housing is made a priority.

I know they were looking for temp workers to go up there to work for post office while they paid for their gas and put them up in a hotel for two months.  Need affordable housing

It will be a massive bubble burst. All these false jobs created by a false economy will collapse once consumers stop consuming frivolously. It will be a long, painful and massive reset, but it will reset like it always does. (Minimum wage has nothing to do with it.) Sorry, just sayin...
