Rescue can be terrified give them time to trust you..and get used to a new environment. May need to even get a trainer if it doesn't stop. But most likely give it love yet be very stern when it fucks up

You need to take her on long walks to empty her bladder.  When she sniffs she’ll mark her territory.  Walk in the morning and evening after meals.  Normal until she gets in her routine.  You got this.

Whenever you have to pee (or poop) yourself, go outside to where she is supposed to go and do your business.  Bring her along and make her watch so that hopefully she gets the picture.

Keep her outside till she pees then reward her for good behavior! Pets and Love work great!  
Indoors...get a Can (soda can) with penny’s or beans in it and shake it when she is doing something bad, it’s scares them a little bit they will pick up on the message eventually.

She's just marking her territory. Once she knows you are her forever people, she will be willing to take her business outside and mark the world. She looks like a smart, little pup, it won't take her too long.

Try taking a toy outside and see if she goes when she picks it up

Buy some pee pads, put one in every room and see if her pees on it once that happens she’s gonna know that’s where she gotta go pee. She’s is trying to adapt to her new soundings it’s gonna take a minute.

Oh!  So hard..... have you tried one of those pee sticks outside? Also leave water outside and walk him after he drinks?  Maybe set up a crate like safe place for him while inside? Or have him on leash with you inside so he doesn’t leave to go potty somewhere.  I used some trainers in San Diego if you want their info. My dog is super aggressive.

Oh I forget. When I had a dog, you take an old shirt and put in her bed. She will associate the smell with you...

Keep trying, after a while she’ll get the hang of it.  Little by little.  I’m sure you’ve seen pet owner’s walking their dogs.  One day that will be you.  Don’t forget Cesar Millan and you tube videos.

She refuses to walk. So I gotta carry her to some grass. Had luck one today out there.

I’m having more success today. I’m trying to build a rhythm and it’s worked today. We’ll see how it goes
