1) Even in her heyday, Carole Baskin wasn't hot enough for Jeff Lowe (which is crazy because he isn't attractive). Plus, he has probably been a swinger his whole life. Carole doesn't look like she would be into that. She likes her men on a leash. 2) I personally think he said "f it" and escaped to Costa Rica. He's living the good life. (or she killed him lol).
