Are the Raiders good? Or do the Broncos suck?

I think it's a little of both. Denver isn't good. Raiders D looks decent, though, and Tyrell Williams is a stud receiver, who Chargers wouldn't pay. With AB gone, he's stepped into the starting role brilliantly.

The Broncos thought Joe Flacco was the answer to their QB problems. The same Joe Flacco who is not better than the QB they let go in Case Keenum

I am going to give the Raiders credit but only time will tell. Was really impressed by the raiders oline.

There was too much hype on the Broncos D, maybe time will tell or maybe there  achilles heel is playing on a crappy baseball field

Truth, they got Flacco because he has won a super bowl, and he has killed them when in his prime, but it's more that a Flacco problem, their D was terrible, Miller and Chubb has zero impact.

Denver D was terrible, and that is their supposed strength.
