I loved Ben and Woods but DSmith and team were my Afternoon listen and the Crossover made my day. My last part was Scott and BR. Work the digital end and get back on the airwaves for 2-3 years.

Add Dave and Jeff as the Morning Show.  Bring John Browner and ? For mid Morning’s followed by Noon - 3 Darren, Marty and Jordan concluding with Scott, BR, Linda and Alex. With Dusk to Dark with Chris Cantore leave him to create his content.  Maybe consideration is give to the host that they receive a piece of ownership in the start up?
