Who will finish with a better Career record?

Afmir Lopez

I think it might only be Cole and the main reason is he has stayed much healthier then Strasburg. If you look at their current careers there very identically except at the fact that Strausburg has pitched 10 season to Coles 7 yet, realistically there only about 1 season apart games wise because of all Strausburg injuries.

"slow and steady wins the race" even though Cole great grand-children have $$$. And I am 50 watching baseball my whole life: he does not convince me long term. Strasburg well taken care of. He has had Tommy John surgery. Cole has not and is 2 years younger. But in my opinion Strasburg bionic arm will serve him better long term. Off speed pitches will take their toll.

Cole 100%. Playing for a team that’s going to give him the run support in bunches is a huge advantage for him. It’s the main reason the Yanks went hard after a #1 arm like Cole, I predict if he’s healthy this year Cole takes the Cy Young and has 22+ W’s.
