Will the U.S housing market see price declines in the coming months/quarters?

Sales volume will decline -- it will no longer be a seller's market. Sellers will only sell if they are forced to sell -- the decline will not be like '08-'09 because banks will be more flexible due to COVID-19; also, no over leverage in the market bodes well.

With so many people out of work, we may see another wave foreclosures like it was in 08-09 but not quite on the same scale. Once this pandemic settles down, the economy will recover but it will be at a much slower pace than many will predict.

Less people working, less money, downsizing or foreclosures and general fear causing more to be conservative, I think housing prices will drop
